Bei meinem Luxury ist die Software des Multimediasystems eine richtige Wundertüte. Das mag vielleicht auch ein Stück weit an deiner veralteten Infotainment Version liegen. Ist laut deiner Signatur quasi Auslieferungszustand aus 2022. Ein Update wäre es allemal wert zu versuchen und kann durch jeden Laien oder der Werkstatt durchgeführt werden. Wenn die ganzen Steuermodule genau so wenig durch deine Werkstatt mit der Zeit aktualisiert wurden, würde ich das mal schleunigst nachholen. Mit meinen Softwareständen aus 2023 würde ich mich heute nicht nochmal ins Auto setzen.

Hello, I tried to reproduce the issue on my MG4 (which is also running SWI133) and I didn't encounter any problems.

Whether it’s applying the profile at startup, when the car switches to “READY” mode, or by applying the profile manually.

I had already set up delays for alert execution, but it seems the hardware might differ from one version to another, and perhaps the delays I applied work for mine but not for others.

So I’ve changed how it works: in addition to waiting for a specific delay, MG4Control applies the setting and checks to see if it’s been applied correctly. If it’s not OK, it loops until it is, then moves on to the rest of the settings to be applied (3 times max).

Is anyone interested in testing a beta version?

Please note that it also includes other changes, like the speed limiter with auto and manual modes, which overrides previously configured profiles (you’ll need to edit them to reselect the desired ADAS feature for each profile).

The new version was installed yesterday afternoon. To be on the safe side, I uninstalled the old version first and then installed the new test version.

I’ve only taken four trips so far, but it’s worked every time.
